subledu is the sublet marketplace where every host is a verified student. Anyone can browse and message; hosts verify a .edu email. Find verified short-term housing near campus or list your place when you're away for the summer.
Anyone can browse and message hosts with any email. To list a place, verify your .edu email — that's how we know every host is a real student.
$9 one-time fee to list — keeps the marketplace spam-free. Browsing is free for everyone.
Have questions? Send a message in the app. We never share your contact info publicly.
Sign a sublet agreement or take over the lease, depending on what the host offers.
Trust. Every host is verified at a real school. No bots, no scammers, no Craigslist randomness — just other students.
Privacy. Exact addresses stay private until the host accepts your message. Your social profiles are optional.
Fair price. $9 to list. No commission, no surcharges. We're not Airbnb.
subledu was started by students who were tired of relying on Facebook groups and Craigslist to find a summer sublet. The goal: a tiny, focused marketplace where every listing is verified and every user is who they say they are.
