Private Room for Rent (Nov 1st 2024 - Aug 31st 2025) in Cambridge, MA! 1 unfurnished bedroom available in a 3 bed, 1 bath apartment! Great location and value, right next to H-Mart in Central Square! No last month’s rent or broker’s fee required! Taking over my lease due to personal reasons. Move-in date is November 1st (lease ending August 31st 2025). The room is quite spacious with plenty of sunlight (bed in photo is a queen size just to have an idea). It comes with a small closet right outside and a bigger closet inside. Rent is $1,235/month, with utilities (electricity and WiFi) averaging around $40/month. Water and heat are included! Laundry is in the building’s basement, and you can pay with a credit card via an app. Parking is available right in front for an additional $250/month if you have a car. A 5-minute walk to Central Square T, 3 minutes from Whole Foods and H-Mart. There are loads of bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. MIT is a 15-minute walk, and Harvard is about 25 minutes. The area is very bike-friendly, and the building has a bike rack. Amenities: TV, microwave, kettle, cozy living room, patio porch, newly renovated bathroom, and powerful heating in the winter! You’ll be living with Stevy and Bradley, my old roommates. They are both in their late 20s, working in science, and are laid-back and easygoing. They're hoping to find someone in their mid-to-late 20s who’s on the same page! Stevy and Bradley may not be home often due to work and travel, but we still found time to catch up and enjoyed keeping a calm, clean, and respectful home.
