One open bedroom in the north end on Cooper Street available now! The room is small (11'x7') with no closet but gets lots of natural sunlight. There is space for a queen bed, dresser and clothes rack in the room or you can put it elsewhere in the apartment (orange room with the Eiffel Tower photo). The apartment is a three bedroom, one bathroom on the third floor in the North End. It is currently vacant and will be filled by the room but everyone will be on the same lease. The apartment has a decent sized kitchen, living room and storage room. The ceilings are high, which make the apartment feel a bit more spacious and you are on the top floor so there is no noise from neighbors above (plus a great view). Heat and hot water are included in the rent. You will be living near various T stops (Haymarket Station, North Station, and Aquarium) as well as TD Garden, the Financial District and Faneuil Hall. A first, last and a broker fee are required to move in ($3300 total needed to move in). Gas, electric and wifi are split between the roommates.
