Looking for someone to take over my half of the lease ASAP for a two bedroom apartment in Ball Square in Somerville, near Davis Square. Rent is $1312. The lease ends on the last day of May, with the possibility of renewal. Willing to negotiate on rent if needed, please contact me! Top floor unit with no neighbors above, windows on all sides for lots of light, and access to a relaxing deck. The bedroom is fairly spacious. Lots of nearby public transit, with the Ball Square Station a oneish minute walk away, and the Davis Square station about a 12 minute walk away. Ball Square also has lots of fun food spots! My roommate, Yesh Muralidharan, will be staying; he's very personable and clean.
