My mom is looking for roommates as her previous ones have moved out. The unit is a 3Bd 1bath in Chelsea MA, within 5 min walking distance to city hall and 2 min to a bus stop, and within 10 min walk to Market Basket and other stores/restaurants. It's a first-floor apartment with two rooms for rent, each at $1100 in total (base rent $900 + $200 for utilities: gas/electric/wifi). Each room is 12x12 with a closet. The apartment is recently renovated and includes coin-operated laundry on site. Shared spaces include the bathroom, eat-in kitchen, and living room. My mom has a dog named Princess, so unfortunately, no other pets are allowed. Move-in is ASAP/Feb 1st, with the lease renewal in July (total to move in is $1350, which includes first month's rent and a $250 security deposit). Landlord requires a $250 deposit at move-in. There is street parking available as the landlord doesn't have parking lot vacancies. The property has security cameras for added safety. My mom is a 54-year-old quiet, clean, working professional looking for respectful roommates, preferably female. She loves to cook and is super friendly and funny!
