Take over my lease starting on January 1st. The bedroom is in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Somerville. The room has high ceilings and a closet. Two windows provide plenty of natural light. The house has free laundry in the basement. You will share the bathroom upstairs with one of the roommates, and everyone will share the kitchen. You have access to 5 parking spots in the driveway but there’s also on-street parking. The house is less than a 5-minute walk to the Greenline (Magoun Square), and 0.9 miles away from Davis. No couples, no pets, no smoking. About the roommates: You will have 2 roommates, two guys age 27. One of them is a working professional and the other is in law school, they are both super fun/chill people to hang out with. They are pleasant, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Rent is $1400 /month. You will also need to split electricity with roommates, ranging from $60-$150 on average. The lease ends on August 31st, 2025. First, last, and security deposit to move in.
