Two rooms are available in a 3 bed 2.5 bath condo in Fort Hill, near Longwood Medical Area. One room is $1650 with a private, attached bath and the other is $1500. The condo is bi-level with a private rooftop and in-unit laundry. No broker's fee, just first and security. No cats (b/c of allergies), but dogs are fine! I am in my late 20s, moving to Philly but need to keep a room here for work. I prefer women/fem, but I am open to all. Contact me if interested!
