Room available in a Brighton apartment near Reservoir station! I am moving out and looking for someone to take over the rent/sublet my room as soon as possible. The apartment is conveniently located near the B line, and not too far from the C and D lines, with grocery stores nearby. It's a very livable and walkable area. The apartment features three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small living room. The monthly rent is $863 excluding utilities (gas, electricity, and wifi). First and last month's rent is required upon signing. The available room is the second one shown in the video (contact me for the video link). It's not the biggest but a decent space with a lot of light. Isabelle and Xiaoqing, young professionals, are looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly female roommate aged 24-35 who aligns with our low-key lifestyle.
