Looking for someone to replace me in a 3bed, 2bath apartment in the South End. Rent $1500 per month + Electric/Internet (80-120/month total). Apartment has 2 male roommates (happy to meet with you). Located at 490 Harrison Ave, Boston. Has dishwasher & in-unit washer/dryer. 10 min walk Tufts Medical Center/orange line and 12 min walk over bridge to Southie/Broadway T stop. Silver Line bus stop 1 block away to downtown. Street parking (my roommate and I both do, pretty easy) or parking space available for $250/mo. Looking for a person to sublet February through June 1st... with option to renew. Can come furnished or unfurnished. My room shares the bathroom with 1 roommate (another Tufts PA student who is graduating and staying in Boston for work). 3rd roommate works in tech and has his own large bedroom with attached bath.
