Two bedrooms are available in a newly renovated 4 BR/3 Bath apartment near Inman Square! Two current roommates are moving out-of-state, one previously an engineer at a robotics startup and the other a postdoc at Harvard. This leaves two rooms (with 1 shared bathroom) available. The location is conveniently located only a 12 min walk from MIT and ~25 min to Harvard. The 2021 renovations included updates to all bathrooms, kitchen (including stove, oven, fridge), and wood flooring. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, basement storage space, and central heat + A/C. The remaining roommates work as a Data Scientist in a tech firm and as a Nurse at Mass General Hospital. Both are in their mid to late 20s, chill, social and very clean to live with.
