This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers 1,000 square feet of space in Brookline/Brighton, right near many bars, restaurants, and stores. The living room is spacious with plenty of natural light, and the kitchen includes a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are generously sized. Public transportation and T stops are a 5-minute walk away. Rent is $1,500 per person and includes heat and hot water. The building offers laundry facilities and a parking space for an additional $200.
