Sunny oasis in amenity-filled building! 1 bedroom + private bathroom in spacious 2b2b available ASAP. Couple friendly! (The room is unfurnished - pics of bedroom furniture are from my previous roommate who is moving for work). My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate/couple to join us, move in available now and lease re-sign on March 1, 2025. We have a 1 year old golden retriever as well! The rent is $1380 total for you & your partner, and no moving or brokers fees! Utilities (Wi-Fi/gas/electricity/water/sewer) average about $30-$75 per person. The room and bathroom is open now on our existing lease, which we plan to renew on March 1 2025 and we are looking for a roommate for now till March 1, then signing the lease together. Location: Super close to Somerville & Cambridge with great food!! Our building is literally <1 min walk to the Malden Center T Stop, on the updated Orange Line that’s 20 mins to Back Bay/center of Boston! It is very walkable with the town of Malden’s restaurants, cafes, climbing gym, and gaming places. Apartment: The apartment is a 2b2b with a very spacious living room and very sunny bedrooms. Your bedroom has great sun all around and is very warm in the winter. We each have a private bathroom. There is also ample room in the living room for your furniture, storage for stuff and also IN-UNIT LAUNDRY 🫶 Amenities: It has a concierge, package center, fitness center, garage, a pool and sauna (this I really love) right downstairs. Housemates: My bf and I are laidback, responsible, and friendly people! We love making friends with our roommates, and enjoy roommate gatherings to share food, hotpot for the winter, with our roomies. We both enjoy exploring the city and hiking with our dog in the Middlesex Fells. We enjoy petsitting, sometimes our friends’ dogs are over as well; friendly and well behaved.
