One-bedroom sublet available off Brighton Center from January 1st to August 31st, 2025. The apartment is a 4-person home (filled with woman-identifying gals). Rent for the individual room is $1,300/month. There is free off-street parking in our driveway. We pay for WiFi, electricity, and gas, but not water. This is a GORGEOUS space that was a family home for many years. Other amenities: * kitchen was refurbished with wooden cabinets very recently * a WORKING FIREPLACE that we use literally every winter night * Laundry is in-unit and free * fire escape that's accessible from one of the rooms (a nice place to read in the summer!) * full lawn that is covered by hedges so nice and secluded, as well as a pond in the back with some koi fish * the bedroom you would be subletting is MEGA Located a 2 min walk from Brighton Center, this place is in an ideal location (lots of shops, restaurants, etc.) We are also a 2 min walk from common bus stops like the 57, 501, and 86. We’re a 15-minute walk from the green line and a 30-minute walk from Coolidge corner.
