Looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease for my 3bed/1 bath Jamaica Plain apartment. Move-in date is flexible in November and the last day of the lease is 7/29/25 (last months rent is already paid for, so you would only be paying through June 2025). Rent is $1,066 per month and you would also be responsible for your portion of the security deposit (also $1066). The apartment is a 10 min walk to Forest Hills Station and there is plenty of free street parking. Free shared laundry with the other two units in the building in the basement. No pets and no smoking. Ideal candidate is AFAB, queer, 30+, doesn’t work from home (no students) and is an infrequent drinker.
