Female Only: $850 + utilities for a fully furnished spacious room. I am graduating from Brandeis this February and am looking for someone to take over my lease from mid-February to mid-August (date negotiable). The apartment is very close to Brandeis (it is on Dartmouth Street, Waltham) and takes around 10-15 minutes to walk to Brandeis. Also, it is a few minutes walk from bus stations of 70 and 553, which you can take to go to Newton or Cambridge. There is parking space available for free although you need to discuss specific details and responsibilities with the landlord. The rent is $850 + utilities and the room is fully furnished (includes a desk, a chair, a closet, a table, a bed, a shelf, a mirror, and a drawer). My room is spacious.
