Room for rent! Looking for a roommate for a spacious private room with two closets and a personal bathroom in a 2BD/2BR condo. Located close to Jackson Square station, the condo features a large cooking/living space, laundry/dryer in unit, central heating/AC, a balcony/porch, and basement storage. Available from January 1 to August 31. The bedroom has 2 closets, lots of light from 2 windows, and is currently furnished with a bed, a desk, and a drawer (they come for free and they can be removed). Your private bathroom is just next to your room. We are located at a 5-minute walking distance from Jackson Square (Orange Line T) and there are buses around going to Ruggles, Nubian, Downtown, and Brookline. The area is residential with three nice parks just within a few blocks, and several supermarkets/malls within a 15-minute walk. A Blue Bike station is across the street. Street parking is available. We are a married couple (researcher/engineer and psychologist) who like keeping the house clean, cooking a lot, and respecting privacy. We would share the lease with you with rent, last-month, and security deposit ($1400 each) payments due upon signing the contract. The utility bills (gas heating, Verizon internet, and electricity) will be $60-160/mo. after splitting, depending on the season.
