Looking for one roommate to take a spot in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment in Brighton. Lease starts 9/1/25. The apartment is very spacious, especially for the price, with a lot of storage and extra rooms currently being used for office space. Rent is $1,100 monthly, with utilities being between $50-$100 per person for electric and gas. This apartment is one of two in the building and features in **unit free laundry**, a **gas stove**, and **dishwasher! **There is also a large shared back porch which overlooks a pond, great for summer gatherings. It is a 5 min walk to the Boston College T stop and the 57 and 501 bus lines. I’m a 29M who works full time at a College. The other two roommates are also work professionals in the non-profit sector.
