ABOUT THE APARTMENT & ROOM The apartment is located on Wendell Street, just off of Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge. The bedrooms, living room, and dining room are very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are smaller, but space has never been an issue. Located on the fourth floor with a nice view of Cambridge during all seasons. Laundry is available on the basement floor using prepaid cards ($1.75/load). Central heating keeps the apartment warm in the wintertime. There is a lobby security door on the first floor. Management is not located on-site, providing privacy, but they respond quickly to maintenance requests. The available bedroom measures 11.5 ft x 12 ft and includes two closets (4 ft x 2 ft and 2.75 ft x 1.5 ft). LOCATION Amazing location! Surrounded by restaurants, bars, entertainment, and super accessible. Ample street parking. A 10-minute walk to the Red Line station. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe, close to Harvard and Lesley University, with an elementary school around the block. Many local parks, including Cambridge Common, a community garden, and two other small parks within two blocks. A 10-minute walk to Harvard Square or Porter Square. A small market is right across the street. ABOUT ME My name is Hyerin, originally from Korea, living in Boston for the past three years. I am a 5th-year graduate student at Harvard. I wake up and go to bed early, am quiet, and keep to myself. On weekdays, I am usually at work 8 am-5 pm.
