Hi, I'm looking for a female roommate, preferably in their mid-late 20s to share a room with me in a 2BD-2BT apartment at Gateway at Malden Center. Available now. The available bedroom is the smaller one with its own bathroom. Rent is $1350/month, not including utilities. Move in anytime from now until Dec 1. Location is prime and very convenient, walkable to many groceries stores, restaurants; it's right across from the Orange T line. Washer/dryer in unit. Central heat/AC. Apartment complex features an indoor pool, a gym, resident lounge, BBQ areas. Garage parking for additional $150/month. Utilities range from $50-$100/month (can be higher during winter). A little about me: I am 26F working hybrid at MGH as a research assistant. I go to the hospital about 2-3 times a week. I work business hours and I study at nights, so I'm hoping to find someone that has a similar lifestyle. I have a kitty cat named Sir Stubs - he is very sweet and friendly towards humans, not vocal so he won’t be loud. I like cooking/baking, running, working out, watching Netflix shows, and listening to music in my free time. I hope to be friendly with my roommate so that living together will be pleasant.
