I'm offering a room in my Fenway apartment starting November 1st. This can either be short term or long term, I have no set end date at the moment. Rent is $1,600/month, which includes utilities. The kitchen has a dishwasher, the apartment is on the same floor as laundry, and is located about a 10 minute walk from the Green Line (B, C, D, and E lines). You will be sharing an apartment with me, Iām a woman in my mid twenties, I do work from home so I am in the apartment most of the day.
