Whole Foods is literally across the street, CVS is around the corner, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the Stony Brook T stop, with parks all around. You’ll be sharing the space with a friendly couple in their early 20s—one works, the other is finishing undergrad this spring—and a lovable cat named Greta.
