By using subledu, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Anyone can create an account to browse listings and message hosts. To post a listing as a host, you must verify a valid .edu email address. You must be at least 18 years old. subledu is intended for current and former students at accredited US universities and colleges.
subledu is a marketplace that connects users who want to sublet their housing with users who want to find short-term housing. subledu is not a party to any rental agreement between users. We don't own, lease, or manage any of the listings on the platform.

We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.
Listing a property requires a one-time $9 fee paid via Stripe. This fee is non-refundable. subledu does not handle rent payments — those are arranged directly between you and the other party.
You may not:
subledu provides the platform "as is." We're not responsible for the condition of properties, conduct of users, or outcomes of any rental arrangement. You use subledu at your own risk. Always meet hosts before signing anything, and read your sublet/lease agreement carefully.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
